Site Selection:

Before installing your auto lift, ensure the following:

• Lift Location: Use architect’s plans to check layout dimensions. Ensure adequate space and a 220v or 110v, 30amp, single-phase, grounded electrical source.
• Overhead Area: Ensure the area is free of obstructions such as heaters, building supports, electrical lines, doors, and lights.
• Floor Area: Inspect the site for cracked or defective concrete.

Floor Requirements:

• A level floor is suggested for proper installation and level lifting. Small floor slope differences can be compensated with proper shimming.
• Ensure new concrete is cured for at least 30 days.
• DO NOT install on asphalt, expansion seams, or cracked/defective concrete.
• DO NOT install on a second/elevated floor without consulting a building architect.
• DO NOT install outdoors without protecting the power unit from weather.

Concrete Specifications:

• All models must be installed on 3,000 PSI reinforced concrete.
• 8,500 lbs – 10,000 lbs lifts: Minimum 4″ thickness.
• 11,000 lbs – 15,000 lbs lifts: Minimum 6″ thickness.

Equipment Required for Unloading:

• A forklift or tractor is required for unloading the product.
• Terminal pickup can be requested if the customer cannot unload the product.
